想像一下，如果你想用繩子拖一台小玩具車，你會怎麼做？你會把繩子牢牢地綁在車子上，對不對？這樣繩子就不會滑掉，車子也能順利被拖動。但是，如果你只是輕輕地勾住它，一用力可能就鬆開了，甚至會彈飛！
影片裡說的拖車鉤也是一樣的道理。很多拖車鉤看起來很粗很壯，但其實設計得不好，就像我們只用很脆弱的方式把繩子綁在玩具車上，一拉就會斷。這種設計叫做「正面螺栓固定」，它會讓螺絲承受所有力量，很容易壞掉。
真正好的、安全的拖車鉤，會用一種像「夾子」一樣的方式，把拖車鉤和車子緊緊夾住，讓螺絲只負責把東西固定好，而不是承受所有的拉力。這樣，拖車鉤就很難斷掉，也更安全。
還有，如果你開越野車，車子陷在泥巴裡要拉出來時，絕對不能用普通的拖車鉤球頭去拉！因為突然用力拉扯，球頭會像子彈一樣彈飛，非常危險。這時候要用一種叫做「D型卸扣」的專門工具，才能安全地把車子救出來喔！
